Brianna Capacchione, MS, LAC is a mental performance coach dedicated to helping individual athletes and teams navigate the challenges of managing the pressures associated with their sport. With a master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, Brianna integrates evidence-based psychological principles into her coaching. These principles includes mindfulness and visualization to help athletes stay present, enhance focus and mentally prepare for high-pressure situations. Her approach not only addresses performance issues but also fosters resilience, helping athletes develop the mental strength to overcome setbacks and maintain motivation.
Brianna has played a variety of sports and ultimately chose to pursue her passion for basketball at Assumption University. During her time at Assumption she accomplished multiple North-East 10 conference honors. In addition to her playing experience, Brianna has coached basketball at the collegiate level as well. Both her playing and coaching experience has allowed Brianna to understand that unique challenges athletes face, both on and off the field. Having experienced the pressures of competition firsthand, she brings a practical and empathetic approach to her coaching. This dual experience helps Brianna connect with athletes, offering strategies that are not only effective but also grounded in the realities of athletic performance.
