Cait Suter, MS, NBC-HWC holds a Master’s degree in Fitness Nutrition from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Rutgers University. She is also a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. Driven by her athletic experiences, Cait’s passion for nutrition was fueled by the realization that top athletic performance not only stems from mastering the skill of the sport but also from the critical support of targeted nutrition.
Cait has been a competitive athlete from a young age, being involved in soccer, cross country running, and especially softball. She dedicated her time to travel softball at a competitive level from early years through high school. She played softball at the varsity level in high school, served as team captain in her senior year, and received the All South Jersey award two consecutive years. Being introduced to weight lifting as part of her training regimen in high school fueled a passion for lifting that continues today. She integrates strength training into her active lifestyle, reinforcing her commitment to quality nutrition, fitness, energy, mobility, and inspiring others to feel their best.
With a deep understanding of the diverse nutritional needs specific to different sports, Cait emphasizes the importance of tailored nutrition for athletes. She advocates for the critical role of proper nutrition not only on game days but throughout the training cycle and seasons, ensuring athletes are optimally fueled for performance and recovery.
