When Meghan is not in the office, you can find her group coaching or running workshops with teams. She has worked with teams on a wide range of performance concerns such as perfectionism, performance anxiety, confidence building,  developing routines, and so much more. Meghan works in collaboration with coaches and teams to build a workshop that fits their needs.

Athletic Background

Meghan’s passion for sports medicine and mental health in athletics began in her own career as a competitive athlete. Meghan played softball collegiately at Eastern University, where she was a pitcher before transitioning predominantly to the outfield. Enduring medical hardship and the COVID-19 pandemic, Meghan was afforded the unique opportunity to continue her collegiate career while she pursued her Master’s degree. She served as a captain for the Eagles in her 5th and 6th seasons. When her playing days had concluded, Meghan found herself on the other side of the lines coaching travel softball. She was on the coaching staff before taking the helm for the PA Cheetahs in King of Prussia, PA. In 2023, Meghan moved to an administrative role in the organization, overseeing all of the Cheetah’s PA teams. She enjoyed her time helping athletes to develop not only their physical skill set, but their mental game as they navigate increasing pressures and demands of their sport.
